Peter Mutch is a Chartered Financial Planner with extensive experience in Employee Benefits, supporting businesses with their corporate benefits, having worked in the industry for over 35 years. Before joining Aberdein Considine as Head of Employee Benefits in 2010, Peter was a board director of a National employee benefit consultancy.
As Head of Employee Benefits for 15 years, Peter has built up the service offering and developed the team, providing services to SMEs across Scotland. He specialises in the provision of employee benefits programmes, including: auto-enrolment solutions, group risk and healthcare schemes. He also advises on all aspects of business protection and pension planning for directors, partners and key employees.
Appointed a Director of Aberdein Considine Wealth in 2025, Peter recently handed over the key responsibilities of the service to Katie Mearns in her promotion to Head of Employee Benefits in October 2025.
