Katie is an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant with over 10 years of expertise supporting small and mid-sized businesses in building effective benefit packages. Katie was appointed Head of Employee Benefits in October 2025, and is responsible for developing our Employee Benefits business, supporting our clients and managing the Employee Benefits team.
Katie works closely with HR teams and business owners to design and implement benefit strategies that are competitive, compliant, and meaningful to employees. From pension schemes and salary exchange, to group risk and protection benefits and health and wellbeing solutions, Katie consults employers to review and manage their employee benefits offering while improving engagement and retention.
